We started seriously considering this trip (along with what to do for the rest of our lives) in 2019. The first serious shot at an itinerary began during our first post-COVID trip to Little Gasparilla Island in October 2020. We unfolded a big Rand-McNally world map and played a game of alternately identifying places we would like to include in the itinerary. This was the result. (Colleen is orange and Ritchard is blue)
Interestingly enough, all but a couple of these destinations have stayed on what has become a much longer list.
